Delivery
What are the delivery options?
For orders from Russia, we offer the services of the CDEK transport company and the Russian Post.
For international orders, we offer delivery services of DHL and Russian Post.
What are the delivery dates due to COVID-19
Delivery time for shipments within Russia depend on the region of delivery and, as a rule, take 2-7 working days when the goods are send by CDEK.
Delivery time for international delivery can be significantly increased due to the existing restrictions on movement. If you choose DHL delivery, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days depending on the country of destination.
When will my order be sent?
All our products are handcrafted according to your order. The production and dispatch time of the order is up to 5 working days. We make our best to keep our goods in stock and provide dispatch as soon as possible.
Are customs duties included in the product price?
No, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties and / or taxes in your country. Please note that we cannot have complete information about the such duties and their amount in your country.
